Manager's Report Form

This form is to be used to report complaints about your Temporary Rental Unit, or the TRU you manage. Managers or Owners Only

Following the resolution of the issue, the County requires that the property managers or owners report the complaint. When a complaint is received by a property manager or owner, he/she is responsible for reporting to Ventura County Code Compliance County staff within 24 hours of the occurrence. A complaint must be logged with the County for EACH complaint.
