What is the Debris Removal Operations Center (DROC)?
The DROC is the main hub for all Phase 2 debris removal operations for residents enrolled in the County-Led Debris Removal Program.
Residents Already Enrolled in the County-Led Debris Removal Program Can:
- Speak with County contractors and Environmental Health staff about the status of debris removal for their property.
- Ask questions about the debris removal program and receive information regarding the recovery process.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
